Jubilee is a community-based classified advertising platform. Jubilee is a platform where sellers and buyers meet. Customers and partners can list their products or services on Jubilee to attract potential buyers. Simply put, Jubilee is an innovative advertising platform that focuses on classified ads. It is the 1st classified advertising system to introduce ads credits for listing and posting of ads. Also, It is the 1st ever community based classified advertising platform in the world.
Who qualifies to join the Jubilee Community?
A. Anyone who has a product or service to sell.
B. Entrepreneurs and businesspeople
C. Anyone who wishes to patronize quality and less costly products and services.
Can I list or post on Jubilee for Free?
Yes, you can create an account for free and list or post on Jubilee also for free using a Guest account. The free trial version allows you to list or post on Jubilee without any cost. The free trial version gives opportunity to sellers to experience the platform before making a decision to join the community.
How do I Join the Jubilee Community?
There are three (3) ways you can join the Jubilee Community. Either way is optional. You can join as:
A. A Guest
B. A Customer; or
C. A Partner
Do I have to pay to become a Customer?
No. It is absolutely free to join the community as Customer.
How do I Join As A Customer?
To join as a customer:

What is the minimum ads credits purchase for a Customer?
The minimum ads credits for a customer is 800 ads credits. The cost of 800 ads credit is GHS 80. There is no limit on the amount of ads credits a customer can buy.
Is there a Refund for ads credits purchase?
No. We operate a zero Refund policy. That is, ads credits purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE. Therefore, only buy as and when necessary.
Are there benefits to Customers?
YES. Some of the benefits include:

A partner is a seller who has listed products or services on Jubilee and also helps in the expansion and growth of the community by inviting like-minded sellers, entrepreneurs and businesspeople to list on Jubilee. Partnership is optional.
Is it free to join the community as a Partner?
No. There is an annual subscription fee of GHS 100
How do I become a Partner of Jubilee?
To become a partner:
A. Get an inviter's link from an existing selling partner.
B. Create an account for free
C. Activate your account and buy ads credits at a one-time cost of GHS 100
D. Create a listing and allocate ads credits to it.
What is the difference between a Customer and a Partner?
The difference is that a customer joins the community directly from the website without going through an existing selling partner whilst a partner joins the community through the invitation of an existing selling partner.
What is the Revenue share Policy of Jubilee?
Jubilee operates a revenue share policy that allows it to set aside 20%-40% of its revenue from ads credits and distributes it equally to all of its existing selling partners.
What differentiates Jubilee from other classified ads platforms?
Jubilee puts you in control of your adverts. You have your own dashboard where you can see how your post is performing. You also have the ability to manage your ads bundle. That is, you can put a particular ads post offline anytime you want and put it back online as and when needed. Also, Jubilee goes a step higher to not only provide a platform to sell and buy but also to creating a community of like minded sellers and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Jubilee is the first classified ads system create jobs for both sellers and buyers.
How do I place an ad?
It's very easy to place an ad: Login to your account. Click on the menu . Click on listing. Select category, provide information on product. Upload picture or flyer of product. Click on listing again and allocate an amount of bundle to your listing.
What is the use of ads credit or bundle?
Advertising credits are used for listing or posting ads on Jubilee. It works just like internet data bundle.
How is my ads bundle used?
Ads bundle allocated to a particular listing or post reduces as and when people view the post. It is GHS 0.10 per view.
What should be the size of my banner post?
The size should not exceed 2500kb
Can I create an account on Jubilee from outside Ghana?
No, currently the platform operates only in Ghana. There are plans underway to expand to other African countries such as Nigeria, Togo, Kenya and others within the first half on the year 2024.
If I post a listing, will I also get more spam e-mails?
Absolutely not because your email address is not visible on the website.
How long will my listing remain on the website?
In general, a listing is automatically deactivated from the website when the allocated bundle is finished. You can reactivate the listing by allocating new ads credit to it. Once new ads credits are allocated to the listing, it automatically goes live on the website.
How do I know if someone has viewed my post?
Go to the No. of views section on your dashboard. It gives you the exact number of people who have viewed your post.
I sold my item. How do I delete my ad?
Once your product is sold or leased, log in to your account to remove your listing.
